CEO & Founder
Meghana Deshpande is a seasoned product management leader who delivers high-quality solutions to complex challenges. With a strong track record of working with FinTech companies, she has consistently created elegant solutions that have launched multiple products.
Respected for her leadership and mentorship, Meghana excels in guiding teams, sharing knowledge, and fostering collaboration. Her adaptability, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence make her a unique leader. She is also a co-author of “Migrating to .NET: A Pragmatic Path,” published in October 2002. Sameer Bendre
COO & Co-Founder
Sameer is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in software delivery, project management, and agile coaching. He has excelled in diverse roles, including developer, project manager, and agile practitioner, with a strong focus on implementing agile since 2005.
As an active contributor to the agile community, Sameer has volunteered with organizations like Scrum Alliance, PMI (Agile CoP, Atlanta AIG), Agile Alliance and has been a reviewer for notable publications.
Passionate about lifelong learning, he shares insights on his blog, “Guiding Experiences”. He also enjoys music, technology, cooking, and spending time with his family.
